Not being able to revise/delete annotations

I was wondering if there’re any plans for giving editing (especially deleting) rights to the person who created a particular ‘room’ for contributed annotations. I am interested in using this tool in classes and workshops but it’ll be difficult to streamline annotations and fix basic mistakes if the owner of the project doesn’t have editing rights. Thanks!

    Hi,

    at the moment, annotations shapes should be editable (and delete-able) by anyone. (That's a change from Friday. Before that, only the original creator was able to edit/delete the shape.) The comments & replies remain editable only for the creator.

    But, yes, I am also planning more comprehensive features for room management, incl. admin user roles.

      Thanks for the swift reply. I can edit a shape created by someone else but I cannot delete it (presumably because it has an annotation attached to it). Different user roles would be very helpful. This is a great tool with lots of potential; thanks for your work!

        Oops - the Delete button was meant to work for everyone… (Regardless of whether there are comments or not.) I just fixed that now.
